Proactively evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve reported issues Collaborate with the software development team, customer services administrator, regional offices and the Support Manager when assistance is required Ensure timely resolution of events Perform deep level root cause analysis and share findings Resolve automation and business process issues using VBScript, Advanced Workarounds, User Controls, SQL traces and debugging
